1.1. In these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the following definitions shall apply:
"Beta Programme" means the beta testing programme for Hypothesis3; "Company" means Global Star Consulting LTD., the owner and operator of Hypothesis3; "Participant" means any individual participating in the Beta Programme; "Hypothesis3" means the software platform developed by the Company.
1.2. References to "we", "us", or "our" shall be construed as references to the Company.
2.1. By participating in the Beta Programme, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3.1. Duration: The Beta Programme shall continue for an indefinite period, subject to termination at the Company's discretion.
3.2. Participant Selection: The Company shall select up to 200 participants from its waiting list, with preference accorded to former consultants of McKinsey, BCG, and Bain & Company.
3.3. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age and possess relevant consulting experience, as determined by the Company.
4.1. Participants shall create an account by providing their full name and LinkedIn profile URL.
4.2. Participants shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
5.1. The Beta Programme is provided free of charge for the duration of the beta testing period.
5.2. Participants agree to utilise Hypothesis3 for testing purposes and to provide feedback on their experience.
5.3. The Company does not impose confidentiality restrictions regarding the Beta Programme. Participants are free to discuss their experiences with Hypothesis3 publicly.
5.4. Notwithstanding clause 5.3, Participants are advised to exercise caution when using Hypothesis3 with any sensitive or confidential information. It is recommended that Participants anonymise any such data before inputting it into the system.
6.1. Participants agree to provide feedback through the designated Google Form provided in the invitation email.
6.2. A separate mechanism shall be provided for the reporting of bugs or technical issues.
6.3. All intellectual property rights in any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations provided by Participants shall vest in and remain the property of the Company.
7.1. Data generated during the Beta Programme shall be retained after the conclusion of the beta period.
7.2. The Company reserves the right to analyse data when logical issues are identified.
8.1. The Company shall endeavour to provide updates on a weekly basis. Material updates shall be announced via email.
8.2. Minor updates shall be reflected in the version number of Hypothesis3.
8.3. Primary communication shall be conducted through email and a closed LinkedIn group.
9.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate a Participant's involvement in the Beta Programme for any inappropriate usage, including but not limited to the creation of harmful or dangerous content.
9.2. Accounts inactive for 30 days following setup may be terminated at the Company's discretion.
9.3. Upon termination, Participant data shall be archived in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10.1. Participants who complete at least one consulting project (whether real or simulated) and provide detailed feedback shall be entitled to a 30% discount on the full product in perpetuity.
10.2. Select Participants may be offered opportunities for early adoption and community advocacy roles, subject to additional terms.
11.1. All content created by Participants in conjunction with the AI functionality of Hypothesis3 shall remain the property of the respective Participant.
11.2. All feedback, suggestions, and improvement recommendations shall become the property of the Company.
12.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any issues related to Hypothesis3, including but not limited to data loss or misleading content generated by AI.
12.2. Participants acknowledge that bugs and edge cases may exist in the beta version of Hypothesis3.
13.1. Participation in the Beta Programme does not guarantee the public release of Hypothesis3.
14.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
14.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of Hypothesis3 following such amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
By participating in the Beta Programme, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
